What we collect and why
To make and manage your booking we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, stay dates, number of guests, room and rate, any extras and special requests. We use it to confirm and manage your stay, take payment, send booking emails and meet legal and accounting obligations. Providing it is necessary to make a booking.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's secure page and is not received or stored by this website.
Service providers
The booking system is provided by Chatloop, which processes booking information on the hotel's behalf and under its instructions. Information is kept for as long as needed for your stay and the hotel's legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, contact the hotel.
